When to use EPUB to PDF
Convert when you want to print an ebook or read it on something that will not open EPUB. Understand the trade first: EPUB reflows text to fit whatever screen you are on, while PDF fixes it to a page. Converting locks in one layout and gives up adjustable font size, which is the main reason EPUB exists. For reading on a phone, the EPUB is usually better.

Troubleshooting
The file is rejected or fails to convert
Ebooks bought from most stores carry DRM, which blocks conversion. Only DRM-free EPUB files work.
The text is tiny or the layout is cramped
The PDF is fixed-layout at a single size. If adjustable text matters, read the EPUB in a reader app instead.
The upload is rejected before anything happens
The file is over the 20 MB cap. Compress it first, or split a long PDF into smaller files and process them separately.
