When to use Extract PDF Pages
When you need a few pages from a longer document - one form from a packet, the signature page from a contract, a single chapter to send on. The output is one PDF containing exactly the pages you picked, in the order they appeared. To split a document into several files at once, use Split PDF instead.

Troubleshooting
You need several separate files, not one
Split PDF produces a file per group in a single pass.
Page numbers do not match the printed numbers
Selection uses physical page position. A document whose printed numbering starts after a cover will be offset.
The upload is rejected before anything happens
The file is over the 20 MB cap. Compress it first, or split a long PDF into smaller files and process them separately.
