When to use ODS to PDF
Use it to circulate a Calc spreadsheet as a fixed, readable document. Every sheet in the file is included. The thing worth checking first is page setup: a wide sheet will break across pages unless you set a print range or scaling in Calc, exactly as with Excel.

Troubleshooting
The sheet splits awkwardly across pages
Set a print range or scale to fit width in Calc first - page setup is read from the file.
Hidden rows or columns appear
Hidden ranges are excluded from export; if they appear, they were not actually hidden in the saved file.
The upload is rejected before anything happens
The file is over the 20 MB cap. Compress it first, or split a long PDF into smaller files and process them separately.
